Yes! The Summit is a pre-recorded event in which you will have access to all content for up to one year following the event.

What happens after I register?

After registering for the summit, you will be immediately directed to our membership site where you will create a username and password. This is where you will login in to access the content for the summit whenever and wherever you’d like.

How do I access the Virtual Change Management Summit July 12, 2017 videos?

All of the speaker presentations will be made available, according to the schedule, inside a private members’ area. As mentioned above, as soon as you complete your secure online payment you will be immediately directed to our membership site where you will create a username and password. Each morning, we will send an e-mail update with reminders of the day’s presenter schedule.

I’m logged into the membership site, but cannot access the videos – what can I do?

First, please be aware that the speaker videos will be posted according to the Virtual Change Management Summit 2017 schedule. If you are on an individual presentation page before that time, come back when the session is scheduled to appear. If it is time for that event to be there, refresh the page as it’s possible we’ve loaded the video since you visited the page.

If, for any reason, the videos seem to be playing incorrectly, we have found that most of these issues can be resolved by logging out of the membership area, clearing your browser cache, then reloading the membership site and logging in again. The most common culprit is a brief interruption in the internet connection while the video was downloading, which is why clearing your browser cache usually solves it.
